The "LESNOY-1" knife has been manufactured by NORD CROWN for several years. We now present this knife with a hornbeam handle.
The concave slopes allow for a very light "kitchen" cut in combination with the high strength of the almost four-millimeter butt. Bohler N695 steel maintains sharpness well and resists corrosion, so it lasts a very, very long time.
